ORDERS

Please contact us directly to place an order. All products by Asher Israelow Studio are made to order unless otherwise noted. All orders require a signed proposal and 50% non-refundable deposit. Finished products will ship when the final balance is paid in full. Inquiries can be sent to studio@asherisraelow.com

 

CUSTOM

Most products are available in custom finishes and sizes. We also regularly work with clients to develop entirely new designs and site-specific pieces. Please contact the studio for all custom inquiries at studio@asherisraelow.com

 

FINISHES

Our standard finish for all wooden furniture is a hand-rubbed oil finish unless otherwise noted. The collection is primarily made from American Black Walnut, however we are able to work in most domestic hardwoods.

 

LEAD TIMES

Lead times may vary between products, however most orders will be completed in a 12-16 week period. Lead times begin upon the receipt of deposit, and may be subject to change in the event that the scope of work is altered.

 

PAYMENTS

Orders may be paid by check or credit card. There will be a 3.75% convenience fee applied to all credit card orders.

 

RETURNS

Due to the custom, hand made nature of our work, we cannot offer returns or exchanges on completed pieces and all deposits are non-refundable. 

Please inspect your purchase immediately upon delivery. If there is a problem with your purchase, contact Asher Israelow Studio right away to report any issues. If you receive an item that is not what was specified, our studio will work with you to make things right.

 

CANCELLATIONS

In the event that an order must be canceled, deposits will remain refundable under normal circumstances within (14) days of receipt. Deposits may be subject to a reduced refund in the event that work has begun or materials have been purchased. 

 

FURNITURE CARE

All Asher Israelow Studio work is made to last for generations with the proper care. Care instructions are available here as a printable pdf.
